The Idaho Sports Foundation is all about pointing people to Jesus through sports and recreation! Upward Sports at Tree City Church is a youth sports program designed specifically for Kindergarten through 6th grade boys and girls. This family-friendly environment provides fun for everyone and helps manage busy schedules with a single practice each week and a single game each week located at Tree City Church. We are excited for another amazing season of Upward Basketball and Cheerleading!

Boys & Girls in Kindergarten through Grade 6 are invited to participate in Upward Basketball & Cheer.

2027 Season Details

All games are held on Friday Nights & Saturdays at Tree City Church beginning January 22, 2027 - March 6, 2027.
Practices are one night a week beginning the first week of January.
Space in our league is limited, so register early!
- Registration Periods
  - Early: September 13-October 18
  - Late (if spots are available): October 19-25
- Evaluations are required for every participant for team placement.
  - For Last Names A-K: Monday, November 2, 6pm-8pm
  - For Last Names L-Z: Thursday, November 5, 6pm-8pm
  - Mandatory Scrimmage for 5th/6th Grade Leagues: Saturday, November 7

UPWARD BASKETBALL & CHEERLEADING REFUND POLICY: After registration, if for some reason your child is unable to participate in the 2027 Season, a 100% refund will be available until Sunday, November 1, 2026. A 50% refund will be available until Sunday, December 6, 2026. After Sunday, December 6, 2026, no refund will be available.

We are currently accepting sponsorships for our 2027 Season. Sponsorships help us keep the cost of this amazing program down as well as provide scholarships for participants.
